This rate is only available for the first 3 clients who step into the studio. Future rounds will be priced at £997/month.

How do I know if I’m ready for this?

What kind of businesses do you work with?

I work with service-based business owners who are already established and ready to scale. That includes coaches, consultants, creatives, educators, and agency leads. The common thread? You’re the visionary, and you need strategic structure to support your growth.

Is this coaching or implementation?

Both – and that’s the magic. This is not just strategic guidance, and it’s not just done-for-you. We co-create your operating system together and I implement key pieces alongside you, so you’re not left to figure it out alone.

What happens after 3 months?

You’ll walk away with a full operating system, a custom Notion dashboard, and structure that’s designed to evolve with you. If you’d like continued support, you’ll have the option to extend our work together or transition into one of my group or retainer offers depending on capacity.

What’s the time commitment?

We’ll meet bi-weekly for 60-minute calls (or weekly for 30-minutes if preferred), and you’ll have async support in between via Voxer or Slack. I’ll be doing much of the implementation work behind the scenes, so your time is spent in CEO decision-making, not logistics.

What if I’m not confident with Notion?

You don’t have to be. I’ll build your custom dashboard for you and walk you through how to use it – plus I’ll include optional Loom trainings for your team if needed. This isn’t about giving you more tech to manage. It’s about building a system that frees you up.
