If everything feels urgent and nothing feels clear – Book your CEO Operating Audit

Hey, you beautiful built-different founder

You don't want a bigger business.

You want one that finally feels like enough.

Constellation Studio builds your business operating system from your birth chart, so the work fits how you’re designed, the decisions get easier, and a hard week stops meaning a derailed business.

You've been building against yourself.

Not on purpose. You did what worked for everyone else – the frameworks, the proven steps, the systems that came so highly recommended. You built a real business on them.

But they were designed for a different kind of founder. A different rhythm, a different way of deciding, a different capacity. So every time you forced your business into one of them, you were working against your own wiring, and feeling the strain without knowing why.

The hard seasons were never proof you were failing. They were proof the structure didn’t fit.

Your business has a design. Once you build from it, everything that’s felt like effort starts to hold.

You've built the business. You know how to run it.

You’re here because you’re ready for the engine to finally match the founder.

You want more consistency, more clarity, more steadiness, without forcing yourself into another system that was built for someone else’s business and slowly wears yours down. You’ve tried the frameworks. You’ve followed the proven steps. And still, the decisions feel heavier than they should, and your planning falls apart the moment life gets busy.

You’re ready for a business that runs on how you’re actually built, so the work gets easier, the income comes without forcing it, and a hard week stops taking the whole thing down with it.

Here's what I know about you:

Sound familiar? Good. You’re not the only one – and you’re exactly who this was built for.

Finally, a business built for how you actually work.

A 12-week group programme for established female founders ready to stop running on someone else’s systems – where we take your birth chart and build your complete business operating system from it.

9 Stars. 3 phases. One system that’s completely yours.

Introducing: The Constellation Method

Your whole business, read through the one lens that’s actually about you.

Everything you do in your business comes down to three parts: the vision behind it, the systems that bring the work in, and the way you run it day to day. Most founders are trying to manage all three from someone else’s playbook, which is why it feels like everything’s on fire at once.

The Constellation Method puts your birth chart at the centre of all three. Nine specific areas of your business, each mapped to how you’re built to run it. Three parts. Nine stars. One operating system that’s finally yours.

Here's how we do it:

phase 3

Run the Engine

Weeks 9-12

The engine gets filled, stress-tested, and set running for real. Your money, your team, your day-to-day decisions – all built from your wiring, so the business keeps moving even when life gets loud. You leave with a complete, working operating system. One that holds and one that was built for you from the inside out.

The three stars we build:

You walk out with: a marketing and sales engine actively bringing work in, your operations and workflows documented (every process that’s been living in your head, finally captured), and a next-quarter rollout plan so you leave the 12 weeks with the whole system running.

phase 2

Set Up the Engine

Weeks 5-8

This is where the structures get built. How you plan, how you market, how you sell – all mapped to how you’re actually designed to operate, so the systems that bring work through the door stop draining you to run. The way you plan, prioritise and move through your week finally fits you. The engine isn’t just designed now. It’s running.

The three stars we build:

You walk out with: a full planning system at every level – quarterly to daily – built to your rhythm, your marketing approach and content cadence mapped to your wiring, and the support structures that let the business hold growth without you holding it all together by hand.

phase 1

Vision the Engine

Weeks 1-4

We start with the foundation everything else is built on: what you’re actually building, how you’re designed to build it, and who you are as the one running it. You’ll map your natural working rhythm, your decision-making style, and the version of leadership that’s true to how you’re wired. By the end, you know what your engine is for – and why it never worked running on someone else’s fuel.

The three stars we build:

You walk out with: your CEO operating rhythm mapped to your birth chart, a yearly vision with quarterly anchors, a personal decision-making filter, and a capacity map for the whole year.

WHAT THE FOUNDING COHORT GETS:

Because this is the first round, founding members get two things no one after them will get at this price.

The Founding Member Success Map

Before the programme even begins, you’ll get your Success Map – a personalised PDF mapped to your specific birth chart, with a video walkthrough from me talking you through it. It shows you where your engine is already strong, where it’ll need the most building, and how the twelve weeks ahead land for how you’re wired. So you arrive on day one already oriented, instead of finding your feet in the first week.

The founding cohort are the first to ever receive these, at the lowest price this programme will ever be.

The Cosmic Operating Dashboard

Nobody else is doing this.

Most astrology apps open with how you’re going to feel today. The Dashboard opens with how to work today – what the energy actually supports, where to put your focus, and what to leave alone.

It’s the same tool everyone else uses to understand themselves, turned toward something different: helping you run your business. Your chart shows you how you’re built, and the Dashboard is where that becomes something you use every day, rather than something you read about now and then.

Every morning, you get a short operating brief – the energy, your move for the day, and one thing to keep an eye on. Thirty seconds, and you know where your attention goes.

And each week, you get five reads to set things up properly:

You've heard the advice before. That was never the problem.

Vision, offers, marketing, systems, team – every programme gives you the same list, in the same order, and tells you to follow it. And for some founders, it works. For others, it stops working, and they spend years assuming they’re the reason.

The order isn’t universal. The right sequence for you is written in how you’re built, which is the one thing no framework has ever accounted for. So this isn’t a course where you learn what to do. It’s where you find out how you are designed to do it, and build the whole thing around that.

Plenty of people will read your birth chart and tell you how you’ll feel. This takes the same chart and shows you how to run a business from it – the systems, the timing, the decisions. That’s the difference. It was never a reading. It’s the architecture underneath everything you build.

MY STORY (and why I built this)

I spent six years building and running a successful business that looked great from the outside. The revenue was there, the clients were there, the systems were there – but internally, I always felt like I was forcing myself to operate in ways that didn’t actually fit how my brain worked.

By Wednesday most weeks I felt completely drained. I’d watch other founders batch content effortlessly or stick to rigid schedules, and wonder why it felt so difficult for me to keep up the same rhythm.

Then one night I had a download: what if I could match my business to my birth chart?

It was almost like a whisper. The core areas that make up a business – the ones I’d spent years working on with clients – they directly matched the birth chart. I went down the rabbit hole, and I knew this was my calling.

So I did it for myself. I analysed my own chart and matched it to the key areas of a business. And once I saw it, I couldn’t unsee it.

The first Monday I sat down with a plan built from my actual chart instead of someone else’s framework, the dread was gone. The plan felt like mine – space where I needed space, creative work on the days I’d actually have energy for it. And when Wednesday came and I was still on track instead of on the sofa wondering what was wrong with me, I cried. Because I’d been building for a different person the whole time.

My first offer built this way sold three times over my goal.

Past clients came back the moment I made the shift – it made complete sense to them that this was where I’d been heading. And strangers, people who’d never worked with me, started buying too.

That’s what happens when you stop forcing the fit, and start building from how you’re actually wired.

But it didn’t happen overnight.

For months I kept running the old business in public while privately building the new one underneath. Still showing up as the organised, strategic CEO everyone knew, while certain I’d outgrown her. I worried people wouldn’t take me seriously if I brought astrology into my work. Some days I thought I should just go back to the templates and the spreadsheets, because at least everyone understood those.

What finally settled it: hiding that part of myself had already cost me years. I wasn’t willing to give it any more.

I hid a huge part of myself for years, and it cost me. What’s opened up since has been the opposite of that – and now I can’t imagine running my business, or my life, any other way.

This is the work I do now. I take a founder’s birth chart and build her business operating system from it, so she can grow in a way that actually fits how she’s wired – her rhythm, her strengths, her version of success. Not a borrowed blueprint. Not someone else’s productivity system. Hers.

Because the founders who’ll do well from here aren’t the ones following the template hardest. They’re the ones who finally understand how they’re built – and run everything from that.

Holly Bray kneeling on a textured rug, surrounded by colourful sticky notes labelled with strategic tasks — showing her process of helping business owners organise their ideas with clarity and heart.

This is the season to build it - before the year asks you to.

Staying in the “this kind of works” place costs more than it looks like it does. Another quarter of second-guessing the plan, of pivoting your messaging every few weeks, of feeling almost-there but never quite settled. It adds up – in energy, in money, in the toll it takes to keep holding it all together by hand.

And there’s a timing reason too. The back half of this year has a clear shape – months that reward a bold move, and a stretch in the autumn that asks you to protect what you’ve built rather than launch into it. The founders who do well in Q4 are the ones who set their system up before it arrives, not the ones scrambling once it’s here.

Studio runs through exactly that window. You spend the summer building the engine, so that when the year gets loud, you’re steady instead of bracing.

If you want the second half of this year to feel different from the first, this is the moment to start.

This is for you if...

This is not for you if...

WHAT "ENOUGH" ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE:

You sit down on a Monday and the plan already feels like yours – space where you need it, the bigger work on the days you’ve actually got the energy for it.

A hard week comes, and it doesn’t send you spiralling, because you saw it coming, and you know it passes.

You make a decision and you trust it, instead of turning it over for a week wondering if you got it wrong.

You step away for the school run, or the holiday, or the day everyone’s poorly, and the business keeps holding without you.

The year ends and you’re not wrung out wondering where it went. You’re steadier than you’ve ever been, and the business feels like it’s holding you up, instead of you holding it together.

That’s what it feels like when your business runs on how you’re actually built.

The work you do is real. It deserves a business built to match it.

You’ve spent long enough making someone else’s system almost work.

This is where you stop adapting yourself to fit the business, and build one that already fits you.
